the location is quite convenient for visiting attractions. easy subway access is a plus. the reception staff were helpful and accommodating to requests.
i could hear noises. the music was thumping at night. i could also hear emptying bins at odd hours.

the location was ideal for exploring the area. the staff offered assistance with directions and recommendations (very helpful!). the room was clean, with efficient storage. the bathroom included a powerful shower.
i found the tea selection in the room to be quite limited.

The room was quite large for being so central. i stayed in the suite johann strauss and it had a fun, modern decor. the bathroom was very big. It had good facilities.
I only received one key to my room. I had to request a second at reception.

efficient agents front desk quality linen
The front desk agents are efficient and nice. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were all provided with white towels. The bed had good quality linen and comfortable pillows.
The lift was dirty. The receptionist wasn't very cute. I found the reception area untidy with items leaning against the walls.

friendly staff comfortable room grubby building hard pillows
The staff was so friendly and accommodating, this. Nothing seemed too difficult, and they ensured my comfort. The rooms were quite clean, modern, and well-kept, having all I needed for a relaxing stay.
As other reviews mentioned, the building seems a bit grubby. The rooms feel somewhat dated. The pillows were TOO hard. There was only one lift working, the other awaiting an upgrade. it took quite a long time to get up and down.
